Please note: Sick calls are made the day of; please call before noon for an appointment time. All other types of appointments may be made anytime during office hours. Physicals are scheduled one to two months in advance.
Missed appointments
As a courtesy to the staff and other patients, we require a 24 hour notice of an appointment cancellation. If you miss your appointment without canceling it, we may charge a “no-show” fee of $10.00.
Late arrivals
We understand circumstances can force unexpected delays. If such an event occurs, please contact the office immediately. Because we value our patients’ time, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment.
